Конечно это увлекательно создавать государство, но очень утомительно. Поэтому нам помогали расслабиться игры и спорт.
Вечерний праздник представления штатов нашего государства прошел на Ура!!

Today the children had their first English lesson. To learn about international traditions and identities, the children first practiced identifying nationalities from all around the world and then learned about different national symbols and holidays. The oldest children learned about the countries of the world, their traditions, and different national symbols such as the Statue of Liberty (in the USA), Big Ben (in London), and Red Square (in Moscow). The younger children practiced learning the colors of the flags in different countries and then learned and practiced basic phrases such as “Where are you from?” and “What is your name?”. Outside of the classroom, the children are working in their respective age groups to create their own state. The English teachers at ММЩ will work with the counselors to help the children develop their own flag, slogan, and identity within “The United States of Nerekhta”. We hope that the children can learn vocabulary and grammar in the formal English lessons and then apply what they learned to help create their state.
